Orders and Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

Head to our Track My Order page and enter your order number and email. You’ll get real-time updates on your shipment.

Does AtraFlips ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently only ship within the U.S.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Just visit our Returns & Exchanges page to start the process.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

When will I get my refund?

If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Returns that don’t meet our policy may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

What items are not eligible for return?

Final sale items, hygiene products, opened electronics, and personalized/custom items can’t be returned. See our full Return Policy for more.

What if my item arrives damaged or broken?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video. If the issue is verified, we’ll make it right.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
