Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Timeframes
We source and ship products from trusted global suppliers. Estimated delivery times are:
- USA orders: 3-7 business days
- International orders: 7–20 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, the product ordered, or carrier delays (e.g., weather, customs, peak holiday traffic).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor its journey to your door.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and product. Some products may qualify for free shipping, which will be noted on the product page.
Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package seems lost or stuck in transit, please reach out to support@atraflips.com, and we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged or something is missing from your order, contact us at support@atraflips.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll review the issue and find a resolution.
